Paulo Câmara participates in the launch event of the 3rd edition of The Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive

The launch event of the 3rd edition of The Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive will be held on 26th November. Organized by Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance University of Luxembourg, this 3rd edition brings a solid discussion of all aspects relating to the AIFMD new chapters discuss, in particular, the AIFMD’s approach to robo-advisors, digital asset funds, new rules on risk management, the sustainable finance and responsible investing among other topics.
Paulo Câmara, partner of the SÉRVULO’s Finance and Governance department, is the author of the chapter dedicated to AIFM’s Governance and Remuneration Committees and will be a speaker in this launch event as well the other authors.
