Francisca Mendes da Costa
At SÉRVULO since 2008, Francisca Mendes da Costa is a partner in the firm's Public Law department. She holds a refresher graduate qualification in Water Law from the Institute of Political Legal Sciences (ICJP - Instituto de Ciências Jurídico-Políticas) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2013/2014), and in Public Procurement from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra (2008). She is certified by the European Academy of Public Law (2010), and she graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, in 2005. She was an associate at the law firm AAA Advogados in 2008, having started her professional career as a trainee lawyer at Vieira de Almeida & Associados between 2005 and 2008. She joined the Bar Association in 2008.
