Eduardo Gonçalves Rodrigues
At SÉRVULO since 2017, Eduardo Gonçalves Rodrigues is a partner in the Real Estate, Tourism and Urban Planning department. He graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the Lisbon School of the Catholic University of Portugal, in 2003, and he also graduated in Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture of the Technical University of Lisbon, in 2000. He is a member of Ad Urbem - Association for the Development of Urbanism Law and the Portuguese Urbanists Association and the College of Urbanistic Architects of the Order of Architects. He teaches the Training Course for Expert Evaluators of the Center for Judicial Studies. He regularly participates in conferences and training as an orator in his areas of expertise. He was the coordinator of the Urban Planning Department of Worx - Real Estate Consultants between 2016 and 2017, and was an associate at the Real Estate and Urbanism Department of Garrigues Portugal between 2007 and 2016, and a lawyer at SÉRVULO in 2006.

Legal advice to public and private entities in the area of urban planning law, namely in procedures for drawing up or reviewing planning instruments, delimiting execution units, performing allotment operations and negotiating urban contracts (planning contracts and urbanisation contracts).
Follow-up of urban, tourist, commercial and industrial licensing procedures. Legal assistance to architecture and urbanism studios.
Assistance in real estate transactions including, in particular, conducting due diligences on real estate assets, collaborating in evaluations, structuring of sales processes and negotiations on urban rehabilitation and new construction projects. Collaboration in the assembly of real estate and tourism investment projects, structuring of tourism exploration models and horizontal ownership.
