Manuel Henriques
At SÉRVULO since 2023, Manuel Henriques is a consultant in the Real Estate, Tourism and Urban Planning department. He was senior associate and coordinator of the Real Estate department, at Andersen Portugal, since 2019, where worked as client manager in projects of Urban and Zoning Planning, Construction, Tourism Developments and Urban Leasing. He was a consultant at the law firm «BPO Advogados / BOINO e Associados», between 2009 e 2019, and Deputy Director of Institutional Relations at SONAE SIERRA, between 2002 and 2019. He was also a trainer at the Portuguese Law Bar Association in Real Estate Law, namely on issues related to urban planning and emphasis on the activity of shopping centers. Manuel Henriques concluded a Master's Degree in Administrative Law, in 2017, and a Post-Graduation in Management for Lawyers, in 2007, both from the Portuguese Catholic University. His academic background also includes a Post-Graduate course in Legal-Urbanistic and Environmental Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, in 2004, and in Human Rights and Democracy from the Institute Ius Gentium from the University of Coimbra, in 2002. Graduated in Law from the University of Coimbra Law School, in 2002. He joined the Bar Association since 2012.
