Luísa S. Pereira
At SÉRVULO since 2023, she is an associate in the Employment department. She attended the 10th Postgraduate Course in Corporate Law, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, in 2021. She has a Master's degree in Forensic Legal Sciences, specialising in Labour Law, from the Law Faculty of the Nova University of Lisbon, in 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon, in 2014. She was a Lawyer at NSM Lawyers between 2021 and 2023, at DCM Lawyers and Lisbonlaw Lawyers between 2019 and 2020, and a Lawyer and Trainee Lawyer at SRS Lawyers between 2015 and 2019. Luísa S. Pereira has been a member of the Association of Young Labour Jurists (AJJ) since 2017, integrating the respective governing bodies, since 2022. Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2017.

Transversal legal advice in matters of Employment Law, to national and foreign companies, namely in the scope of hiring employees and termination of employment relationships, through negotiation, disciplinary procedures and in collective dismissal or redundancy proceedings.
Legal advice on restructuring processes and labour compliance, monitoring of negotiation processes and management of collective conflicts and solid experience in labour litigation.
