At SÉRVULO since 2021, José Eduardo Oliveira is an associate in Finance and Governance department, where he joined as a trainee lawyer. He attended the Postgraduate Course in Artificial Intelligence & Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, in 2023. He completed the Master’s in Civil Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, in 2021. He attended the Intensive Specialisation Course in Groups of Companies, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon’s Centre for Research of Private Law, in 2020. José Eduardo Oliveira was a Tax Consultant in the Business Tax Advisory team at EY – Ernst & Young, S.A., from 2019 to 2021. Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, in 2019. He joined the Bar Association in 2023.

In the field of capital markets, namely advising on the incorporation and activity of collective investment undertakings, defining, and implementing corporate governance models, assisting public companies in compliance with information obligations and compliance with information obligations concerning the integration of sustainability factors in investment decisions (ESG).
