André Moreira Simões
At SÉRVULO since 2024, André Moreira Simões is an Associate in the Commercial, Corporate and M&A department. He has been a Guest Lecturer at the Legal Sciences Group of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon since 2022. He was a trainee in the Corporate and M&A department at the law firm «DLA Piper», between 2022 and 2024. He attended the Master's in commercial law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (defense pending). Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 2019. He is the author of legal publications in Corporate Law, and member of the teaching staff of several research centers and postgraduate courses. He joined the Bar Association in 2024.
