Alexandra Valpaços

At SÉRVULO since 2015, Alexandra Valpaços is a principal associate in the Litigation and Arbitration department. She concluded the Postgraduate Short Course on Medical Liability at the Centre for Biomedical Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, in 2022. She holds a postgraduate degree in Arbitration from the Faculty of Law of the Nova University of Lisbon (2018). She completed the Intensive Course of Advanced Training in Restructuring and Recovery of Companies, in the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University of Lisbon (2016). She holds a Master’s degree in the area of Legal Forensic Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University of Lisbon (2012), and a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2010). She was an associate and a trainee lawyer at the law firm «Leite de Campos, Soutelinho & Associados» between 2012 and 2014. Alexandra Valpaços is a Member of the Lusophone Association of Arbitration and Mediation (Member of the Arbitration Committee and the Sub-40 Committee) and of the ICC Portugal Arbitration Commission, since 2022. She is also Member of the Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) and Member of the Rising Arbitrators Initiative (RAI), since 2021. Member of the Portuguese Arbitration Association, since 2020. She joined the Bar Association in 2014.
