Paulo Linhares Dias is a lawyer and coordinating partner for Public Law at BPLD & Associados.
He is an Invited Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra (FDUC), where he teaches the following courses: Constitutional Justice (Master’s), Special Administrative Law (Master’s), Social Security Law (Undergraduate and Master’s), and Public Economic Law (Undergraduate).
He is an Integrated Researcher at the Legal Institute of FDUC.
Paulo holds a PhD in Public Law from FDUC, having passed with distinction and honours.
He serves as an arbitrator in public procurement matters at the Arbitration Center of APMEP (Portuguese Association of Public Procurement / Public Markets), as well as an arbitrator at the National Construction Arbitration Center and at the Concórdia Arbitration Center.
Paulo Linhares Dias is the author of several books, book chapters, and articles in Public Law journals.
He is a member of various juries for agregação exams at the Portuguese Bar Association and the Center for Judicial Studies.
Additionally, he has served on Master’s and Doctorate examination juries both in Portugal and abroad.
