João Mário Carrapiço

João Mário Carrapiço has been a lawyer in the area of public law at Leonel Alves' Law Firm since 2012.

He has a Degree in Law from Universidade Lusíada (1990 - 1995) and a Master in Law, with a specialisation in Administrative Law and Public Procurement, from the Portuguese Catholic University (2011).

He was a jurist and a lawyer in the Legal Affairs Office of the Cascais Municipality from 1995 to 2012. He was a solo law practitioner from 1999 to 2012, in the area of public law, especially in the areas of administrative law, administrative litigation, urban planning and public procurement. He was Legal Adviser of the Municipality of Campo Maior from 2005 to 2010.

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 03.08.1999 and registered with the Macau Lawyers Association since 05.09.2012.
