Floriano de Azevedo Marques Neto

Floriano de Azevedo Marques Neto has a PhD and is a full professor in public and state law from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (FDUSP).

Specialist in administrative, constitutional and corporate law. He also acts in Sector Regulation, in the Telecommunications, Energy, O&G, Transport, Aviation and Supplementary Health sectors. Solid reputation as author of sought-after legal opinions in his areas of specialisation. He is a full professor of administrative law at FDUSP, where he currently holds the position of director. He has nine published books and hundreds of published articles.
