Leonel Alberto Alves law firm was founded in 1982 and since then has been primarily engaged in commercial law, general contract law, property purchase and sale, leasing, land concession, bank financing, insurance activity, public and tax law.

Since 1985, the firm has been providing legal advisory services to the largest banks in Macao, providing legal services related to their business, corporate governance and compliance, investment planning, restructuring and litigation.
