SÉRVULO's Scandinavian Desk is a specialised platform designed to advise companies and private clients from the Nordic countries.

This Desk, under the responsibility of Teresa Pala Schwalbach (partner), has extensive experience in supporting and assisting Scandinavian companies and individuals wishing to invest in Portugal, advising them on the implementation of structures oriented towards the type of investment to be made, namely through the restructuring of existing corporate structures, the incorporation of new companies and the use of existing tax benefits in Portugal.

At the same time, the Desk has significant experience advising private clients on all aspects of their relocation from Scandinavia to Portugal, including, in particular, advising on the purchase or lease of property, Non-Habitual Residents regime (NHR), social security and public health service enrolment, among other essential aspects for those who decide to move to our country.
