SÉRVULO provides legal advice in the development of national road and rail networks, but also in projects related to construction and operation of such ports, usually structured as concessions and PPPs.
In this field, SÉRVULO is qualified to intervene in concessions of public road, rail and inland waterway transport services, both in the phases of launch, discussion and initial negotiation of projects, and in the implementation phase, including negotiations aimed at their modification or financial rebalancing, or even in pre-litigation situations and arbitration proceedings.
