This Privacy Policy applies to the website https://www.servulo.com/en/, (hereinafter “Website”) which belongs to Sérvulo & Associados - Sociedade de Advogados, S.P., R.L. (hereinafter "Sérvulo & Associados") and was created for the purpose of informing the Users of this Website about the processing of their personal data by Sérvulo & Associados.

The Users may contact Sérvulo & Associados for any question regarding the processing of their personal data referred to in this policy, as well as for the exercise of their rights mentioned herein, by means of a written request addressed to dados@servulo.com or by courier directed to the headquarters of Sérvulo & Associados.

Sérvulo & Associados collects different types of personal data from Users according to the purpose:
- Subscription to newsletters: name and e-mail from Users who want to register on the Website to receive news and other communications from Sérvulo & Associados;
- Subscription of invitations and events: name, e-mail, entity and position for Users who want to register on the Website to receive communications regarding the activities of Sérvulo & Associados;
- Recruitment: name, e-mail and curriculum data for Users who want to apply for internships or work at Sérvulo & Associados, by completing an online form and submitting their curriculum vitae through the Website.

Users’ rights over their personal data
Users, as data subjects, have the following rights:
- Right of access: Users have the right to request Sérvulo & Associados for information regarding the processing of their personal data and, if requested, a copy of their data subject to processing;
- Right of rectification: in case of incomplete or inaccurate data, Users have the right to request their rectification;
- Right to erasure: Users have the right to request the erasure of their personal data subject to processing by Sérvulo & Associados.

This policy is governed by Portuguese law and all disputes that may relate to it shall be settled by the courts of Lisbon.
