Sérvulo strengthens Litigation and Arbitration department

SÉRVULO’s Litigation and Arbitration team starts 2015 strengthened by the arrival of Rita Serrano and Alexandra Valpaços.

Rita Serrano holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law of the Nova University of Lisbon, and has five years of professional experience. Before joining SÉRVULO, Rita was a lawyer at Rogério Alves e Associados, where she gained experience in Civil, Contractual and Corporate Litigation, Criminal Litigation and Infractions. She was recently also seconded to the Legal Department of Zurich Insurance Plc.

Alexandra Valpaços holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal, and has three years of professional experience. She joined SÉRVULO from Leite de Campos, Soutelinho & Associados, where she worked mainly in the areas of Civil, Commercial and Tax Litigation, and Contracts Law.

SÉRVULO’s Litigation and Arbitration department is headed by partners António Teles and João Saúde, with regards to Commercial and Civil Law, and José Lobo Moutinho and Teresa Serra (Of Counsel), on the side of Corporate Crime and Regulatory Compliance. The team is currently composed of twelve lawyers.
