Tiago Fidalgo Freitas, External Counsel at SÉRVULO, is the executive coordinator of the Conference on The application of International Law in Portugal, organised by the Institute of Political Legal Sciences (ICPJ - Instituto de Ciências Jurídico-Políticas), in collaboration with the Portuguese International Law Association. 

The event's main objectives are: i) to present a panoramic view of the relevance of the sources of International Law in Portugal; ii) to assess how sovereign bodies deal with the application of international law in the performance of their functions; and, finally, iii) to contribute to the perception of how certain branches of International Law affect Portuguese legislation.
