In an interview to the business daily Jornal de Negócios, Rui Medeiros, co-managing partner of SÉRVULO, highlighted some of the issues that will be relevant in 2011, with special focus on the Portuguese justice system, which is a continuous source of concern. Rui Medeiros admits that the reality of 2010 will either stay the same or get worse in 2011, namely due to measures implemented because of the “lengthening of the financial crisis, especially given the worsening of the fiscal situation and the increase in costs for individuals and companies”.
