The Portuguese weekly newspaper, Expresso, consulted Teresa Pala Schwalbach, associate of SÉRVULO's Tax department, regarding the appeal brought by Repsol against the Portuguese Tax Authorities. The oil company contests the amounts that the latter are charging as corporate income tax (IRC - Imposto sobre o rendimento das pessoas coletivas) for the company's activities in Portugal.
