State liability for acts and omissions of the legislative function

The training programme of the Centre for Judicial Studies (CEJ - Centro de Estudos Judiciários), part of the Portuguese Ministry of Justice,  included an intervention by Rui Medeiros, specialist in constitutional law, who gave a paper on State liability for acts and omissions of the legislative function, on March 15.

The programme lasts until March 22 and it aims cover the main and most relevant issues which administrative judges currently deal with.
