State Budget analysed in a German-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry event

On February 19th, the German-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry and SÉRVULO will hold a Webinar dedicated to the State Budget.
The opening session will be chaired by Caroline Domingues, Director of the Legal Department of CCILA, followed by the interventions of Diogo Feio, Partner in the Tax department and Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, Ana Moutinho Nascimento, Partner in the Tax department, specialised in tax litigation, and Teresa Pala Schwalbach, Partner in the Tax department, specialised in tax consultancy.
The exceptional situation we are experiencing requires a rigorous reflexion at the analysis of the Budget for 2021 and certainty in the information that is transmitted. During the Webinar, the general framework of the proposal will be presented and various topics will be analysed, such as the taxation of income, assets and the tax benefits foreseen for companies. The maintenance of the taxation model based on sectoral contributions will also be discussed.
