Sérvulo transaction top Iberian one for third quarter

According to the Transactional Track Record (TTR), SÉRVULO advised the top Iberian transaction for the third quarter of 2013. The operation, in the venture capital sector, was led by Sofia Carreiro, partner of SÉRVULO’s Corporate and Commercial department, and also lawyer with a special focus on Energy. Marisa Martins Fonseca, Sérvulo Public Law associate and another lawyer with a very strong Energy track record, also took part in the operation.

The news was reported in today’s edition of the Portuguese business daily Jornal de Negócios.
