Sérvulo strengthens the Finance & Governance area

Law firm SÉRVULO has strengthened its Finance & Governance area with the arrival of a new partner, Francisco Barona, and a team of two lawyers, Patrícia Costa Gomes, and José Guilherme Gomes. Prior to joining SÉRVULO, Francisco Barona was a partner at Serra Lopes, Cortes Martins & Associados, where he headed the banking and finance department.

Patrícia Costa Gomes previously worked at PLEN and has about fifteen years of professional experience. She joins the firm as a senior associate. José Guilherme Gomes has come from Serra Lopes, Cortes Martins & Associados. “These hirings in particular reinforce the department’s transactional skills and contribute in general to the continued positive growth that the firm has been experiencing in recent years,” says Paulo Câmara, managing partner at SÉRVULO’s.
