NEWS AND EVENTS 13 May 2015
Carla Parreira Leandro is the new associate in SÉRVULO’s Financial & Governance department. She graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, and she holds two graduate qualifications, in Law and Business Management, from the Nova Lisbon University, and in Management of Renewable Energies, from the Catholic University of Portugal.
She was previously a lawyer at the firm Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira, and head of legal and manager of the company SALT Energy (energy certification and sustainable construction projects), and, more recently, she headed the legal department at the company Design Resorts, which has real estate projects in Brazil, Angola, Cape Verde and Portugal.
With this new arrival Manuel Magalhães, co-head of SÉRVULO’s Financial & Governance department, hopes not only to increase the solidity of the team, now made up of 10 lawyers, but also to develop the firm’s real estate practice, an area which has seen a marked increase in activity in recent times, and in which Carla Leandro has vast experience.
