Sérvulo sponsors III Congress on Administrative Law

SÉRVULO renews its association with Edições Almedina for the third consecutive year as a sponsor of the III Congress on Administrative Law (III Congresso de Direito Administrativo), which takes place on October 6 and 7 at the Altis Grand Hotel in Lisbon.

These conferences aim to promote reflection and debate on the main current issues of this practice area, trying also to combine, in a balanced way, the theoretical and the practical approaches to the subjects under analysis. This year the focus is on two main themes: the reform to the Public Contracts Code, which takes place this year, and a first balance of the reform to the administrative process, introduced at the end of 2015.

SÉRVULO partner Mark Kirkby is one of the guest speakers, and will give a paper on conflicts of interest of and limits to modifying contracts.
