The I Congress on Intellectual Property will take place on September 26 and 27 at Hotel Altis in Lisbon. The event is sponsored by SÉRVULO and will involve the participation of several of the firm’s lawyers, coordinated by Patrícia Akester.

The I Congress on Intellectual Property aims to analyse the important current issues pertaining to this discipline, looking at its most recent developments and controversies, including the current problems surrounding preventive measures and litigation in intellectual property and in information technologies, domain names, e-commerce, personal data and cybercrime.
