Sérvulo sponsors FIDE Congress organized by APDE
NEWS AND EVENTS 23 May 2018
The APDE – Portuguese Association of European Law, which presides FIDE - Fédération Internationale Pour Le Droit Européen (International Federation of European Law) organizes on 23rd to 26th May 2018 at the Estoril Congress Center, XXVIII Fide Congress.
The Congress has the High Patronage of His Excellency, the President of the Republic.
The Congress will discuss the main topics:
- Topic I – The internal market and the digital economy – internet, e-commerce, media, electronic communications and data protection
- Topic II – Taxation, State’s Benefits and Distortion of Competition
- Topic III – The external dimension of EU policies – trade and investment, immigration.
SÉRVULO is one of sponsors of the Congress, with the participation of Miguel Gorjão-Henriques and Alberto Saavedra, respectively members of the Executive Board of APDE and Executive Committee. They are also editors of the FIDE books on the 3 topics.
Fide Congress is the most important congress of European Law, with the presence of the President of the Court of Justice of EU and representatives of the EU institutions and the majority of the Member States of the EU.
