Sérvulo promotes event on Corporate Restructuring

On April 18, SÉRVULO will hold a Seminar dedicated to Business Restructuring, focusing in particular on the topic of the Transmission of Economic Unity - Current and Future Challenges.

The event will address, in a multidisciplinary perspective, the main factors that condition the decisions of corporate reorganization. The labour dimension will be handled by Magda Sousa Gomes and Rita Canas da Silva, coheads of the Employment Department, which will signal the latest legislative changes and recent case law. On the corporate perspective, Sofia Carreiro, partner in the Commercial, Corporate and M & A Department, will deal with the different models of reorganization and, Teresa Pala Schwalbach, a senior lawyer in the Tax department, will explain, from a tax point of view, what distinguishes and unites an economic unit of  an activity branch. The opening of the event will be held by Paulo Câmara, Sérvulo's Managing Partner and the closing will be promoted by Miguel Cabrita, Secretary of State for Employment.
