Sérvulo organises seminar on “Labour + Personal Data Updates

Autumn is a time of change, which is why SÉRVULO is holding a “Labour + Personal Data Updates” seminar next Monday, 28 October. The seminar will address the main changes in the Labour Code and the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) law.
Starting at 9.30 am, the changes to these legal frameworks will be simplified and clarified by two panels, in an informal format intended for organisations from all sectors: “Labour – Changes to the Labour Code: What Changes?” and “Personal Data – GDPR Implementation Law.”
Firstly, Rita Canas da Silva, a Labour Law partner, will address “Trial Periods and Forward Contracting” and the new support measure for converting employment contracts, Converte+. Consultant Margarida Costa Gomes will then speak on temporary and intermittent work, amongst other employment formats.
Secondly, TMT partner Ana Rita Paínho will address the issue of data protection, particularly as regards the simplifications or complications the changes will bring to Human Resources. Miguel Cabrita, the Secretary of State of Employment for the XXI and XXII Constitutional Government, will close the event.
