Sérvulo lawyers write on employers' access to personal e-mails

SÉRVULO associates Rita Canas da Silva and Marta Salgado Areias have published an article in the specialised human resources publication RH Magazine on the recent decision of the European Court of Human Rights on the Bărbulescu v. Romania case which regards the access by employers to the contents of employees' private messages.
