Sérvulo lawyers participate in European report on collective redress in antitrust

Miguel Gorjão-Henriques and Miguel Sousa Ferro, of SÉRVULO’s EU and competition law department, were the Portuguese rapporteurs for a study recently published by the European Parliament on “Collective redress in antitrust”, coordinated by Paolo Buccirossi and Michele Carpagnano.
