Sérvulo lawyers author Portugal chapter in The International Investigations Review

José Lobo Moutinho, Teresa Serra and Raul Taborda, respectively Partner, Of Counsel and Associate of SÉRVULO’s Litigation and Arbitration and Corporate Crime and Regulatory Compliance departments, are the authors of the chapter on Portugal in the 5th edition of The International Investigations Review, of the The Law Reviews, which covers the various forms of individual and collective responsibility in a number of jurisdictions around the world, with special attention given to compliance rules and respective procedures.
