Sérvulo is founding member of Cathay Associates in China

As a founding member of the international network of law firms Cathay Associates, SÉRVULO was represented by its partner João Saúde in the conference «The Belt and Road, Outbound Investment and M&A». This event, which took place in Beijing and was dedicated to the theme of Chinese investment abroad, was the platform from which Cathay Associates was launched internationally.

With the creation of Cathay Associates, SÉRVULO is now part of an international network of legal service providers, with a focus on the Chinese market and on cross border transactions.

Cathay Associates is born out of the union of Kejie Law Office, a recognised Chinese boutique law firm, and a solid network of European law firms, with the aim of serving as a link between Asia and the West.

With extensive experience in China and elsewhere in Asia, Cathay Associates is an important partner, both in terms of legal advice to Portuguese business expansion in this part of the world, and in assisting the vast Chinese investment flows in western countries.
