Sérvulo has a new Tax Law Team

The new Tax Law team of SÉRVULO, led by Diogo Feio, now counts Ana Moutinho Nascimento among its ranks, as a Senior Associate. Ana Moutinho Nascimento has been working for several years in the area of Tax Law and she has a wide accumulated experience that spans fourteen years and which she has garnered as a tax law professional, and especially in the area of Tax Litigation. Before joining SÉRVULO Moutinho Nascimento was part of the Tax Law departments of PLMJ, and, more recently, of Rogério Fernandes Ferreira & Associados. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, and she has completed several post-graduation courses in her area of specialisation. At present she is also a tax arbitrator at the Centre for Administrative Arbitration (CAAD - Centro de Arbitragem Administrativa), where she acts transversally across tax law matters, be they national or international.
