Sérvulo and Posser da Costa debate arbitration in São Tomé The members of Sérvulo Latitude met in São Tomé and Príncipe to celebrate the network’s fifth anniversary and, on that occasion, held a conference on Arbitration, organized by local partner Posser da Costa & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados (De Juris). The meeting also included representatives of the partners in Brazil, Angola, Mozambique and Guinea-Bissau. 

The conference, which took place on July 18 in São Tomé, analyzed topics such as International Arbitration (with João Saúde, partner at Sérvulo & Associados), Investment Arbitration in Brazil (with Marcos Augusto Perez, partner at Manesco, Ramires, Perez, Azevedo Marques Sociedade de Advogados) and Legislation of São Tomé on Arbitration (with Silvestre Leite). The debate was moderated by Guilherme Posser da Costa, Partner at Posser da Costa e Associados.
