Sérvulo and Mercer in seminar on remunerations

SÉRVULO and Mercer will jointly intervene in a seminar on executives’ salaries, organized by Portuguese HR training company NPF.
Paulo Câmara, partner at SÉRVULO, will take part in the seminar with an intervention on the theme of “Salaries and Corporate Governance: the Legal Implications”. Paulo Câmara stated on the theme: “The new regime of remuneration policy has marked this year’s agenda in terms of governance, and it presents implications so significant that all companies – financial and non-, public and private – should make it their priority to analyze it thoroughly”.

The meeting will take place on 26 May, at Dom Pedro Palace Hotel in Lisbon.
