Sérvulo Seminar on Responsibility of Directors

On June 2 SÉRVULO organises a seminar on the Responsibility of Directors, covering the areas of corporate, tax and crime, and which will take place at the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, from 9:30 to 11:30.

The event will be introduced by SÉRVULO Managing Partner Paulo Câmara, and will include interventions by Ana Filipa Morais Antunes, Sofia Carreiro and Rui Cardona Ferreira, respectively associate and partners of the Corporate, Commercial and M&A department, and by Diogo Feio and Ana Moutinho Nascimento, partner and associate of the Tax department, as well as by José Lobo Moutinho, partner of the Corporate Crime and Regulatory Compliance department of SÉRVULO. The closing intervention will be by guest speaker Carlos Martins Ferreira, Legal Director of leading Portuguese retailer Jerónimo Martins, and who will cover the subject of the responsibility of non-executive directors.
