Sérvulo Correia lectures at the 2010 Academy of European Public Law
NEWS AND EVENTS 24 Aug 2010
Professor Sérvulo Correia will be lecturing on the “The administrative process: the dignitary and instrumentalist approaches” as part of the Academy of European Public Law 2010 study session, which will take place in Spetses (Greece), from 30 August to 18 September.
Founded in 1995 as an initiative of the EPLO – European Public Law Organization, the Academy of European Public Law is one of the Organization’s oldest and most respected projects. The Academy has as its main objective the development and the propagation of Public Law - in its national, European and comparative forms - covering issues of Human Rights and Environmental Law, in order to promote European values through crossborder dialogue. The Academy’s modus operandi is focused around research, teaching, training and networking with European institutions.
Both Professor Sérvulo Correia and Professor Rui Medeiros are founders of the EPLO, in which they participate actively. Given this connection, Sérvulo & Associados has enabled many of its young lawyers to take part in the Academy’s summer course, thereby allowing them the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of Public Law. This year it will be Francisca Mendes da Costa and Catarina Pinto Xavier who will frequent the course.
