Sérvulo & Associados reorganizes Litigation and Arbitration Department

In keeping with best practices in the market, SÉRVULO has reorganized its area of Litigation and Arbitration, which now houses in a single department the specializations of Commercial Litigation, Civil Litigation, Corporate Crime and Regulatory Compliance. The department is coordinated by Teresa Serra, António Teles, José Lobo Moutinho and João Saúde.

With this reorganization, SÉRVULO intends to consolidate its presence in the above areas of Litigation and Arbitration, in which the firm has a large potential for growth. In addition to this, the reorganization also aims to optimize the resources and the complementary skills of the strong and solid team of 12 lawyers that Sérvulo has been building over the past years.

The other Litigation and Arbitration specializations for which SÉRVULO also stands out, such as Administrative, Employment and Tax Litigation, remain in their respective departments.
