Sérvulo & Associados launches "Aquisição de Empresas"

SÉRVULO organises today the I SÉRVULO Seminar, covering the theme “Acquisition of Companies and the Competitiveness of the National Economy”. The event will be held at the Pestana Palace Hotel. José Maria Espírito Santo Ricciardi, CEO of Banco Espírito Santo de Investimento, will be one of the speakers.

The book "Aquisição de Empresas" will also be launched on this occasion. The anthology is part of the SÉRVULO Collection. This publication aims to fill a gap in the Portuguese publishing market by presenting, for the first time, a juridical and multidisciplinary analysis of company mergers and acquisitions.
