SÉRVULO has the pleasure of announcing Paulo Câmara’s appointment as Vice-Chair of the Public Company Practice and Regulation Subcommittee of the IBA - International Bar Association. Under the mandate, which is due to last two years, Paulo Câmara will take an active role in the activities of the committee of which he is now a member, and of the IBA overall.

The IBA is the world’s largest organisation of legal practitioners, bar associations and law firms, and it has influence over the development of international law and of the legal profession. Through its committees, the IBA creates forums for the exchange of information on legislation, the legal profession and best practice relating to business law around the world. The Public Company Practice and Regulation Subcommittee is part of the Securities Law Committee.
