Seminar on Remuneration of Executives

On November 17, Mercer and SÉRVULO co-organise the event on Remuneration of Executives, a seminar which has as its focus a practical approach to the legal issues surrounding executive salaries, presented by specialists from the two companies and by two other guests.

Diogo Alarcão and Rita Fazenda, of Mercer, will present, respectively, the general trends in terms of remuneration today and the results of the Mercer annual survey on the matter. From a legal point of view, the SÉRVULO lawyers will look at the subject of remuneration from three complementary perspectives: Paulo Câmara from a regulatory point of view; Diogo Feio from a fiscal point of view; and Magda Sousa Gomes and Rita Canas da Silva from an employment point of view.

To close the event, two guests, João Talone, Founding Partner of Magnum Capital, and José Neves Adelino, Director of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, will discuss how remuneration committees work in companies.
