A book launch was organized on 22 June at the offices of SÉRVULO for the first Securities Law Manual, written by Paulo Câmara, the firm’s partner responsible for financial, capital markets and banking law. The new book was presented in Lisbon by Prof. João Duque (ISEG) and by Dr. Alexandre Lucena e Vale, director of BPI, after an initial presentation at the Universidade Agostinho Neto, in Luanda, on 16 June. Published by Almedina, the manual offers a comprehensive and systematic guide to securities law, including references to legislative measures adopted to tackle the current financial crisis.
