SÉRVULO advised Flexdeal on the registration of the first Securities Investment Company for the Development of the Economy (SIMFE) in Portugal. Partners Paulo Câmara and Verónica Fernández and senior associate Inês Palma Ramalho from the Finance & Governance team were responsible for the legal support. The information was released by the law firm on Wednesday. "Upon completion of the registration process with the Securities Market Commission [approved last week, January 4], the SIMFE will begin the process of admission of the shares representing its capital stock to trading on a regulated market (IPO), which should be completed within a maximum of one year", said the note.
