SÉRVULO implements MatterBox innovative track record management solution based on AI

As part of its strategy of LegalTech and digital transformation, SÉRVULO has implemented SÉRVULO MatterBox, an innovative solution for managing the firm's track record, based on artificial intelligence and business intelligence.

Developed in partnership with Wiimer, a Portuguese AI and advanced analytics consultancy, SÉRVULO MatterBox is an innovative platform that provides a centralized record, in two languages, of the firm's experience in the various sectors and practice areas, including all relevant data for business development, namely in the area of proposals or submissions to the main international legal directories.

With SÉRVULO MatterBox, lawyers now have a platform that aggregates all the firm's experience and allows for a more sophisticated and accurate search process. It will also make it possible to automatically build lists of the firm's relevant experience, based on user-defined parameters, and to export and fill out submission forms to the main international legal directories in a completely automated and intelligent way.

It is estimated that the adoption of SÉRVULO MatterBox represents a potential operational efficiency of around 40% of the time spent by the firm's teams preparing submissions to legal directories and preparing lists of references and relevant experience for integration into proposals.

For SÉRVULO's Managing Partner, Manuel Magalhães, this is undoubtedly a very important step in the firm's strategy of increasing efficiency. "Artificial intelligence and business intelligence are already an inevitability in the day-to-day life of law firms," he points out.
