SÉRVULO assists the financing operation for the construction of Phase 2 of the "Fábrica 1921" real estate development in Benfica

SÉRVULO advised the closed-end real estate investment fund TDF, managed by Interfundos - Sociedade Gestora de Organismos de Investimento Coletivo, SA, on the financing operation for the construction of Phase 2 of "Fábrica 1921", a real estate development located on Avenida Gomes Pereira, in Benfica, Lisbon. This is a project with 82 flats with 1-4 bedrooms, in its second phase. The 22-million-euro financing was granted by Banco BPI.

This transaction was closed last June 30, 2022. The SÉRVULO team that assisted the closed-end real estate investment fund TDF in this financing transaction, and advising in the negotiation and signing of the promissory agreements for the sale and purchase of those flats, was led by Carla Parreira Leandro, senior associate at the firm’s Real Estate, Tourism and Planning practice, headed by Manuel Magalhães.
