SÉRVULO and ELSA host Workshop on Urban Leasing

On November 12 and 13, SÉRVULO will host the 3rd edition of the Urban Leasing Workshop for university students, organized in collaboration with ELSA – the European Law Students’ Association.
The training will be conducted by Carla Parreira Leandro and Joana Pinto Monteiro, consultants in SÉRVULO’s Real Estate, Tourism, and Urban Planning department, covering topics such as contracts, temporary leasing for special purposes – including student leasing, terms, rents, expenses, termination, eviction, and more.
