Rui Medeiros is guest speaker at the 1st Angolan Constitutional Law Congress

The Center for Public Law Studies - Universidade Agostinho Neto will hold the 1st Congress of Constitutional Law on the theme «45 years of Angolan Constitutionalism: Democratic Transition, Constitutional Evolution and the Exercise of Public Power».

The 45th anniversary of Angolan Constitutionalism will be the theme under analysis in the speech by Rui Medeiros, Full Professor at the Portuguese Catholic University and partner at SÉRVULO. The congress also foresees interventions from academics and professionals of the Science of Constitutional Law, such as Fernando Oliveira, Full Professor at FDUAN, and Elisa Rangel Nunes, Full Professor at FDUAN and Counsellor Judge to the Court of Auditors.

The Center for Public Law Studies - Universidade Agostinho Neto is a "think tank" created in 2010 and dedicated to the development of research on public policies, design, implementation, evaluation and management of programs, projects and actions related to its object of work, with the objective of presenting recommendations to the competent organs of the State.
