In Expresso, the main Portuguese weekend newspaper, Rui Medeiros, partner of SÉRVULO's Public Law department, comments on the possibility of the new Portuguese Ministers for Economy and Environment having to pay a fine - due to a stretch of the A26 motorway remaining unfinished - that was charged to their predecessors.
