Rui Medeiros comments on Constitutional Court decision on public sector reform

Rui Medeiros, SÉRVULO partner and constitutional law specialist, was interviewed by the business daily Diário Económico regarding the Portuguese Constitutional Court having declared as unconstitutional the reforms to public sector employment proposed by the Government. According to Mr Medeiros the decision denied the constitutional principle of equality (between public and private sector employees).
